Biography
Dr. Annie Msosa serves as the Deputy Head for the Clinical Nursing Studies Department at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences and is responsible for coordinating, in collaboration with the Head of Department, the clinical learning experiences for all nursing students. She also serves as a counterpart to our Peace Corps Response Volunteers. She was originally inspired to become a nurse herself because she had a soft spot for the elderly people in her village and wanted to acquire knowledge on how to support them. Dr. Msosa's favorite part of her job is that it satisfies her heart. She wants to close out her career as a Nurse Educator so that she can impart knowledge, skills and appropriate attitudes to other nurses too. Serving others has been her driving force, as well as the fact that she is making a vital contribution to her country.
